Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided
MSVA offers digital marketing services including, but not limited to, website development, graphic design, and social media management. All services are provided in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received. Completed work will not be handed over to the client, nor will it be made public (in the case of social media posts and websites), until the full balance is paid. Payments must be made via direct deposit into the provided bank account.

3. Validity of Quote/Estimate
All quotes or estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the terms, pricing, and availability of services may be subject to change. If any third-party services adjust their fees, the quote will need to be adjusted accordingly.

4. Project Timeline and Deadlines
While MSVA endeavors to work efficiently, services are rendered on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are encouraged to specify deadlines in advance. Short notice of deadlines may incur additional fees. Please allow sufficient lead time to ensure your project is completed to your satisfaction.

5. Revisions and Edits
Each project includes up to 3 edits at no additional cost. Any further revisions beyond the third edit will incur additional charges as agreed upon in advance.

6. Confidentiality and Data Security
Client login details and sensitive information will be securely stored using Bitwarden, an encryption extension/app. MSVA is committed to protecting client information and privacy. All data shared with us will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

7. Communication
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Direct communication with clients is available from 10:00 - 16:00 to allow time for administrative tasks. We use WhatsApp for direct and instant communication, and email for official matters such as changes to instructions, billing communication, and document sharing. We will respond to messages and emails at our earliest convenience.

8. Project Cancellation
The client reserves the right to cancel the project at any time. However, the client will be liable to pay for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any fees paid to third parties (e.g., stock images, hosting fees) are non-refundable. Additionally, the deposit paid is non-refundable due to preparation work already done at that stage.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MSVA be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of revenue or profits, arising from or in connection with the services provided. MSVA's total liability for any claim, loss, or damage shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

10. Disclaimer
MSVA is not responsible for any damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party vendors or service providers. The client assumes all risks associated with the use of third-party services in connection with the project.
